Baptism

As a Church we believe that baptism is the first step of obedience after making a commitment to Christ. Jesus exampled so many things to us in how he lived his life, being water baptised was one of those things. (Luke 3:21)

Baptism is the outward demonstration, a way to communicate to the world, a believer’s inward decision and heartfelt commitment to Christ. It’s a great time of celebration with Church family and friends when you take that step into the fullness and newness of Life with Christ. To learn more about baptisms speak to your Life Group Leader, one of the Team or come to i:Connect on Tuesday evenings.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
